The January transfer window is a time when mangers can tinker with their squad and add players to improve their sides for the second half of the season. Jurgen Locadia PSV (14m)Locadia was their club-record signing but struggled to adapt to life in the Premier League and only made six appearances in the rest of that season.The forward has played a bigger part this season but still only has two goals in 18 appearances.Verdict: MissLeonardo Ulloa Leicester (loan)Ulloa was a big hit at Brighton in his first spell at the club between 2012 and 2014 where he scored 26 goals in 58 games, albeit in the Championship.He could not reproduce that goalscoring tally on his second spell, this time on loan as he managed just one goal in 10 Premier League games.Verdict: Miss16Burnley
Aaron Lennon – Everton (undisclosed)Lennon credits Burnley as having saved his career and restored his love of football after some mental health battles.He has made 30 league appearances for the club but has a knee injury that could keep him on the sidelines for a while.Verdict: Hit16Chelsea

Jaroslaw Jach – Zaglebie Lubin (undisclosed)The 23-year-old is yet to make his debut since joining and is currently on loan in the Turkish Super Lig.Verdict: MissErdal Rakip – Benfica (loan)Did not make any appearances for Palace during his loan spell.Verdict: MissAlexander Sorloth – FC Midtjylland (9m)The transfer deadline day signing didn’t score any Premier League goals and has since gone out on loan to Gent.Verdict: MissEverton
Cenk Tosun Besiktas (27m)He scored five goals in 14 appearances last season but has only managed two in 19 games this season.Most of his appearances have come off the bench and Crystal Palace, reportedly, want to sign him on loan.Verdict: MissEliaquim Mangala – Man City (loan)After just two appearances he picked up a knee injury and was out for the rest of the season.Verdict: MissTheo Walcott Arsenal (20m)Six goals in 33 league games for Walcott but his performances have frustrated many fans at the club.Verdict: Miss16Huddersfield
Terence Kongolo – Monaco (loan)He impressed during his loan spell and Huddersfield made his transfer permanent in the summer.The defender has been one of their better players in a season that looks as though it is heading towards relegation.Verdict: HitAlex Pritchard – Norwich (12m)He has been one of the better players for Huddersfield and is wanted by clubs who are in a better position in the Premier League.Verdict: Hit16Leicester City

Virgil van Dijk Southampton (75m)No questions about this one. He has been a huge success since joining in January and turned Liverpool into Premier League contenders.Verdict: Hit16Manchester City
Jack Harrison – New York CityA highly rated winger who was selected as number one overall in the 2016 MLS draft. Impressed in the MLS and was brought over to Man City.He was immediately loaned to Middlesbrough and then Leeds this season, who are top of the Championship.Verdict: Jury is still outAymeric Laporte Athletic Bilbao (57m)Helped City to the Premier League title this season and is an assured presence in the defence for Pep Guardiola.Verdict: Hit16Manchester United
Alexis Sanchez Arsenal (swap)His wages reach around 500,000 per week but United certainly have not seen a return on that commitment.Verdict: Miss16Newcastle
Martin Dubravka – Sparta Prague (loan)Impressed on his loan spell and that move was made permanent in the summer. Has gone on to establish himself as the number one goalkeeper.Verdict: HitKenedy – Chelsea (loan)He is now on his second loan spell with the club and performances have been inconsistent.In one game against Cardiff, he became the first player since 2010 to play a half without completing a pass, while later he missed a penalty in added time which would have won the game.Verdict: Miss16Southampton
Guido Carrillo Monaco (7.6m)The striker has failed to impress after signing from the Ligue 1 club and is currently out on loan.Verdict: MissStoke City
Moritz Bauer – Rubin Kazan (free)Was out of favour with former manager Gary Rowett and accused him of stoking up negativity against him.Despite their relegation from the Premier League he was handed a five year contract.Verdict: Miss Badou Ndiaye Galatasaray (14m)The midfielder made 13 appearances and scored two goals for Stoke as they dropped to the Championship.Was one of their better players before heading back to Galatasaray on loan.Verdict: HitKostas Stafylidis – Augsburg (loan)Injury prevented the Greek left-back from making more than five appearances.Verdict: MissSwansea
Andre Ayew – West Ham (18m)The winger was a hit at Swansea during his first spell scoring 12 goals in 34 games but his second was less impressive.After their relegation he went out to Fenerbahce on loan.Verdict: Miss16Tottenham Hotspur
