The US’s top goalscorer played in the Premier League between 2007 and 2013 for Fulham and Tottenham Hotspur, scoring 57 times in total and became the youngest American to appear in a major European final in 2010 for Fulham in the Europa League.

Tim Howard

Landon Donovan

Winger Donovan spent two loan periods with Everton in the Premier League, in 2010 and 2012, managing seven assists and scoring two goals, the Merseyside club tried to sign the winger but his parent club, LA Galaxy refused.

Brad Guzan

Guzan was another American goalkeeper to make his name in the English top-flight, and spent eight seasons at Aston Villa, between 2008 and 2016, making 144 appearances, for much of his time at Villa, Guzan was used as a reserve to fellow countryman Friedel.

Brian McBride

Kasey Keller

Keller joins Guzan, Friedel and Howard on this list as another goalkeeper from the US to feature in the Premier League, for Tottenham between 2001 and 2005 and also for Fulham in the 2007-08 season, playing a total of 98 times in the league.
