West Ham’s vice-chairman Karren Brady was paid almost half-a-million pounds by the club on top of her salary last season.Brady received 365,000 plus VAT from West Ham due to her consultancy work throughout Albert Smith’s purchase of a stake in the club; 10 per cent of West Ham was sold to the American billionaire in September 2017.According to The Times, her fee totalled 438,000, which was an extra payment on top of the 898,000 salary Brady is paid in her role as vice-chairman.1
